Maui ~ Paradise Found: Finale
We opted for a much needed day of rest after Hana. There is so much to see on Maui, and I know we didn’t even get a glimpse of it all. I would go back in a heartbeat.
A beautiful spectacle at the hotel. We named him Roger.
Another bird specimen at the hotel.
The way the flights home were laid out we didn’t fly out until 8:45pm the next day. So we basically had an extra day.
I wasn’t complaining.
On our final night we grabbed a curry dusted calamari appetizer and drinks at the Japengo restaurant at the hotel.
Took in one last sunset.
The went to Leilani’s On The Beach for dinner.
The next day we talked the hotel into letting us keep our room until 1:00 (thank you Hyatt!) and actually laid out by the pool for a few hours. Then we showered, repacked and went down to Front Street for lunch.
Crab Mac N’ Cheese
This truly was an incredible vacation. I’ve been sad for vacations to end before, but I actually caught myself pouting as we walked around before our flight left.
If you have been wanting to go to Hawaii and are waiting for some perfect moment, quit waiting, just GO!
Aloha and Mahalo!
