Easter 2016

Holidays really are a whole new experience with little ones. 

It’s experiencing an Easter egg hunt for the first time. 

Discovering hidden treasures around every corner. 

Trying to grasp the concept of placing your newfound treasures in your brightly colored bucket. 

Putting on your Sunday’s best and being forced to smile for a million family photos.

 And sometimes not being a fan of being told what to do.

It’s discovering the deliciousness of jelly beans.

And subsequently losing all interest in the egg hunt.

It pretty Spring days, precious time with family, and more food than your stomach can think about holding.

And it’s taking time to remember how lucky we are that God loved us so much he sent his son to save us. Now if I could just get Aubrey to understand how Jesus and the Easter Bunny are related.
