I pin a great many things on Pinterest, but with a frequency of pins related to green food, and a heavy concentration of anything to do with asparagus and brussels sprouts. I can’t get enough!
I pinned this little beauty of a salad in anticipation of a fancy dinner party to be held at Chez Jamison, and that’s exactly what it was used for.
Outside of the tedious task of shaving a bunch of asparagus by hand, this recipe was relatively easy.
And produced a star worthy side salad.
The dressing is a light lemony vinaigrette with a hint of sweetness contributed by the honey.
And the shaved cheese (parmesan in my version) balanced out the flavor with the perfect touch of savory tang.
A definite addition to my go-to recipes.
