A German Pancake and Pretty Flowers

For my carb filled Sunday, we started with a German pancake. Although ours didn’t puff up as anticipated. It was still delicious though.

Husband also made fresh whole wheat buns for the kick butt burgers we planned to make that night.

Because my best friend Lu is visiting this week!!!

But we also needed some new hanging plants. This makes the third set we’ve bought. I’ve managed to kill every single one.

I have a black thumb. No doubt about it.

The rest of our day was spent on meal prep, cleaning, blogging, and enjoying the amazing extra hour of light thanks to daylight savings time.

I cannot express how happy I am to have longer days again. The dark depresses me.
